Notable Guest Appearances
Throughout the series, certain people, though seen only briefly, seem to have had a great deal of influence on the lives of the Wildcards.
Some was welcome, like the lessons to be learned from a drill instructor; or the advice and comradeship of a fellow zoomie.
But some was of a more dubious nature.
On this page I have listed those guest characters whom I believe helped to shape the 58th Squadron into the family it became.

Sergeant Major Bougus was the man who instilled fear, respect and a sense of the Corps into the raw recruits who became the best pilots the US Marine Corps Aviators had to offer.
He was portrayed by R Lee Ermey, who has played similar roles in many of the best films about the Marine Corps around.

Mr Sewell seemed to be one of Aerotech's most favoured flunkies. He appeared on the Saratoga several times, his last being the episode "The Angriest Angel"
Michael Mantell portrayed this brown noser very well. The character was truly one of those slimy middle management types you find everywhere.
If you're curious about Mr Mantell's career to date, his IMDb page could help.
